Walk Cycle

I cant remember the quick way to slow down a walk cycle, what were the steps.

    in How to Cheat in Maya, it says: go into your graph editor and select ALL curves including root Select the scale tool and Shift-Middle Mouse Drag horizontally in the graph editor
