It looks like my file didn't transfer to the server completely. But it should be working fine now. So the Morpheus rig file to use, if you're using 2013 is at:
\\titan\classes\AVE_Animation2\Animation 2 Rigs\Morpheus\MorpheusRig\scenes\
and it's called morpheus1_3.ma
