Cindy - Walk forward

Walk looks different moving forward. Let me know what you guys think. Is she leaning too much? or her spine looks too stiff? Her chest is sticking out too much?

  1. Just a quick notice.

She is leaning the whole time. There is no follow through with the spine. Her back stays the same angle.

It almost looks like there is no translate y, and since her body isn't moving up and down, she can't squash and stretch, which I think is where the body would be following through.

Great hands. Really nice secondary action. And the rotate y on the chest looks great.

  2. I think the top of the spine, if you were to put a motion trail on the top spine joint, wouldn't show a figure eight. While the figure eight motion trail would be slight because of how confident and chest out your walk is, the figure eight shows falling, and a straight line shows gliding.

Since walking is just controlled falling! she doesn't actually look like she is catching herself from falling forward right now.
