Hey Dawit, Thanks for tossing a playblast up. Here are a few notes:
If you watch her knees, you'll see that they're hidden behind the president at the begining, there's a pop in the middle, and at the end they've raised up. To control the placement of the knees, you'll need to work with the root to make sure that on all the key poses the knees stay planted. This doesn't mean that the root shouldn't move throughout the piece, but as you raise and lower the hips, you'll need to move it backward and forward to the appropriate amount.
Right after she says "lose my job" she does a little hyper ventilation in the audio. I think you can accomplish this in her acting by having her look and tilt her head a little as though she's looking around the ground trying to figure out what to do to get out of trouble. Another way would be to have her drop down so her rear rests on her feet when she gasps after that first line.
Her shoulders and spine feel stiff throughout. Try using some of the dialogue's accents as inspiration for times to straighten and flex the back. For her first line she should drop her shoulders in terror. When she exerts herself at the beginning of the second line the shoulders can pull back and then lift up and forward toward the end.
There's a good bit of work needed to fix some of the arm pops, and to generally work your pose changes through the entire body. For instance when she looks up to say "I'm no fool..." her head is the only thing that moves, and it hits and freezes once it gets into that pose.
The feet could also use a pose where they adjust a little, so they don't feel so frozen in place.
It is going in the right direction. You are having the same jitters I am with the arms n legs. Keep working!
